Registration Opens January 1st, ending February 28.

Etransfer will be available for the 2025 season for registration fees. Please e transfer to westlockmba@hotmail.com. Please ensure you note your Player Name, and Division in the e transfer message section. EXAMPLE: Jane Doe - U11 Softball

What level do I register my player for?

House League
U9 House League- Birth years 2017/2018 - $130.00
U11 House League - Birth years 2015/2016 - $180.00
U13 House League - Birth years 2013/2014 - $190.00
U15 House League- Birth years 2011/2012 - $190.00

-Fees include a year end tournament and individual/team picture.

- The season will start indoors (Field House – Spirit Centre) the week of April 7 moving into the curling rink. House League season will end last week of June. Practices and Games will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays.

- Weeks will consist typically of one game and practice a week. Games will include travel within the Pembina League. Subject to change depending on teams at each level in the league.

-A Year-End tournament will be played in June.

Travel Softball

U11 Travel Softball - Birth years 2015/2016 - $320.00

U13 Travel Softball - Birth years 2013/2014 - $330.00

U15 Travel Softball- Birth years 2011/2012 - $330.00
U17 Travel Softball- Birth Years 2009/2010- $340.00

 

The Softball Travel Ball program is designed for players seeking a more competitive experience and enhanced development opportunities. Players will be selected through a tryout process to form a committed team focused on skill development and competitive play. Tryouts will include a third-party evaluator to ensure a fair and unbiased selection process. The season will include participation in two tournaments, along with increased practice time compared to house league. Travel ball teams will not participate in regular house league play; instead, teams will compete in exhibition games, which may result in additional costs to cover umpires and field usage. Please note there will likely be a cash call later in the season to cover Provincial registration fees, should the team choose to attend Provincials.

· Helmet with cage and chin strap
· Ball Glove
· Pitcher's mask (Mandatory for all infielders)
· Black ball pants
· Yellow socks & Yellow belt
· Ball cleats/running shoes
· Jill Cup
· Water bottle
